At Ozarke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
- 3.Ship to Ozarke
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated warehouse address.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
